Return policy
30-day return window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item at no extra charge.
Change of mind returns
If you changed your mind, you may return the item within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in this case.
How to start a return

Get return authorization
We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
