Free shipping policy
Free shipping on all orders
We offer free standard shipping on every single order to all 50 US states. There is no minimum order value required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon needed.
Who we ship to
We currently ship to all 50 United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not currently offer international shipping outside the USA.
PO boxes and APO/FPO
We ship to most PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Delivery times to these addresses may vary.
Order processing
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order is shipped you will receive a second email with your tracking number and carrier details.
Business days
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm CST may be processed the following business day.

Order tracking
Tracking number
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier website or our Track Order page to follow your delivery in real time.
Tracking not updating?
It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after your shipping confirmation email. If it still shows no updates after 48 hours please contact us.

Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Lost package
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
Wrong address entered
Contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address. We can update it if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped we cannot redirect the package.
Delayed delivery
Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays, or high demand periods. Contact us if your order is more than 3 days past the estimated delivery date.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
Currently we offer free standard shipping only. Express shipping options may be added in the future. Contact us for urgent orders and we will do our best to help.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order can only be shipped to one address. Please place separate orders if you need items shipped to different addresses.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Most orders ship in one package. Large orders or orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. You will receive tracking numbers for all packages.
Do you ship to Canada or Mexico?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, or any other international destinations at this time.
